  • Description: reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will contribute to the development and management of Register.it’s online marketing strategy in order to support and achieve overall sales targets and build market share.


    • Contributing to the development and management of an effective online marketing plan across all Register.it brands (www.register.it).
    • Managing and updating online marketing budgets, regularly reporting on performance against target and providing variance analysis and revised projections.
    • Working with internal and external resources to create marketing materials to suite campaigns according to campaign scheduling and planning.
    • Ensuring consistent quality of all online communication for alignment with corporate and branding standards.
    • Ensure all marketing activities deliver a positive ROI in line with company’s revenue and market share targets.
    • Developing new, innovative online customer acquisition channels including rich media, viral marketing and web 2.0 opportunities.
    • Further developing and managing the affiliate programme and grow the affiliate base including management of third party networks.
    • Ensuring consistent levels of qualified traffic to website and qualified sales leads to the sales team via online channels.
    • Coordinating the gathering of market intelligence and monitoring competitors' online marketing strategies.
    • Regularly tracking and reporting on the performance of online marketing campaigns and ROI performance.
    • Ensuring all online marketing communications comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Keeping up to date with new digital marketing trends and innovations and identify new online opportunities for the company future marketing plans.
    • Carrying out such tasks that are required to meet the needs of the marketing department.


    Requirements and Key qualities:
    • Effective presentation and communication skills.
    • Mother tongue in written and spoken Italian with excellent copy-writing skills.
    • Advanced English skills.
    • 3 years of relevant experience.
    • Experience in managing marketing budget and aim to maximise ROI.
    • Experience in an Internet services or telecommunication environment preferable.
    • Knowledge of affiliate marketing and PPC marketing practices.
    • IT skills (internet focused).
    • Good understanding of email marketing and copywriting techniques.

  • Description:We're looking for a versatile SEO Specialist for Dada.pro activities, especially for internal projects and also for customers’ projects, based in Florence and working with the whole local Production team.
    The ideal candidate will have the responsibility of overseeing the SEO process for all Dada Network properties with particular focus on the following sites/areas: domain registration and hosting service, music and games market, advertising on-line, commercial channels (like travel and finance).

    He\she will be in charge of:
    • All title\meta data tagging of Dada products; URL specifications and domain suggestion of Dada products; URL redirect mappings
    • Producing SEO recommendations and documentation for Dada products
    • Weekly\monthly SEO reporting & statistics for Dada products; keyword\log analysis reports for Dada products
    • Keeping web development, engineering and production up-to-date with developments in the SEO field
    • Identifying and rectifying any potential spam infringements on Dada products
    • Maintaining existing Dada product's search engine rankings


    Requirements:
    • Excellent knowledge of SEO principles and tools, with at least two years experience in the field
    • Good knowledge of Excel
    • Experience in managing and updating web pages
    • Excellent English, spoken and written

    Moreover s/he should be flexible, quick-thinking, energetic, efficient and able to work independently under pressure while maintaining attention to details.
    Excellent interpersonal skills are a must, for interacting with colleagues and employees throughout Dada.pro all over Europe. B.A. or equivalent is also required, together with excellent technical skills.
    S/he should know several different language and cultures to understand the means of social positioning in the search engine world. Main countries are IT, UK, ES and FR.
    S/he should suggest the domain map registration and protection for main product sites.

    Additional requirements should include:
    • Knowledge of a second European language (a third language is preferable)
