Technical assistance by telephone

The telephone assistance service, in addition to the assistance furnished by email which remains free, provides technical support related to services furnished by Register.it in relation to domains, hosting and email. No system administration assistance is provided for Dedicated Servers

You can purchase assistance packages of a minimum of 60 minutes and use them when you believe it best to use direct phone assistance!
By purchasing packages of 5 or 10 hours, you will get the discounts indicated below:

Assistance will be carried out through call back calls made by our operators. After you have purchased the service, it is possible to send a request through the "Telephone assistance" form found within your control panel, indicating the phone number and the time period in which you want to be called back.

From your control panel it is possible to see at any time the credit you have available and check all the details related to each request for assistance completed, including the text of the email with the solution communicated by telephone by our operator. This email will be sent to your email at the end of each call.
